This Privacy Policy applies to your interaction with julie-agency.com, or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, “we” or “us”). We operate the julie-agency.com for the solicitation, origination, servicing, and sale of mortgage loans, life insurance, filing immigration documents, preparation of legal documents, document legalization to use in Vietnam, translating and notarizing Vietnamese – English documents, notary public, and drafting engineer (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). Personal data

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim. For more information about the recovery fund, please consult the department’s website at www.sml.texas.gov.
